Golf Santander is an 18-hole golf course par 72 very long at 7500m. Created by Grupo Santander and designed by Rees Jones. Opened in 2005 and considered one of the best courses in Europe.
Rees Jones,Throughout his professional career, Jones has been involved in the design or redesign of more than 100 golf courses.
Jones has renovated so many US Open host fields that he is known by the nickname @The Open Doctor.
Golf Santander has in its facilities the Jim Mc Lean golf school, considered number one in the world by the specialized press. More than 2,000 students pass through it every year and its instruction system is perfectly adapted to the physical characteristics and level of play of each student.
The short game area designed by the legendary player Severiano Ballesteros has 5 holes and an ideal central platform to train and improve this part of the game. For the improvement of the long game we have 3 unique filming rooms in Europe where they can be analyzed and compare their swings with the best players in the world. These facilities together with the system and the training of our instructors are a guarantee of success.
