Real Club de Golf La Coruña is an 18 hole golf course par 72 justunder 6100m Course designed by Mackenzie Ross (Scotland, 1890 - 1974) golf course architect and designer who designed numerous golf courses in Spain, Great Britain, France and Portugal. One of his most recognized works was Turnberry Field, site of the British Open.In 1971 Ross was elected the first president of the British Association of Golf Course Architects. It also has to its credit the design of "Las Palmas Golf Club" (today the Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas) which has the honor of being the first golf course to be built in Spain.
